What is a wiki?

A wiki is a website which allows anyone to edit its pages. The most famous example is Wikipedia. In case any page gets vandalized or spammed, usually someone will be able to restore a page to a previous clean version. On Singapore Comics Wiki, anyone can edit as long as you are logged in using your user account. You can sign up for a free account here.

To do

This site is a work-in-progress. Here is a list of features which will be added in time to come:

• Anonymous comments on any topic, like on blogs. This will make this site more interactive by allowing easy input and feedback.
• Ability to assign one or more categories to a topic. E.g. artists, writers, publications, publishers, bookstores, etc. Once we have this, we will be able to have category pages.
• Uploading of images.
• Button to restore to a previous topic version.
• When viewing versions, easily see highlighted text changes since last version (i.e. view diffs).
• Email notification of topic edits.
• Feature articles contributed by volunteer writers, with a comment button.
